Dr. Kathy Hope is a Licensed Psychologist with more than 25 years of counseling and coaching experience. Kathy earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of South Carolina Honors College, a Master's degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University, and a PhD in Psychology from Southern Illinois University. As a follower of Jesus Christ, she knows that God is the cure giver, and that she is the caregiver.
Kathy utilizes science-backed, faith-based counseling approaches to assist clients, including self-reflection, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness/breathing exercises, Bible scriptures, prayer, art, music, and attention to physical health. By engaging in counseling, clients are empowered to find new paths to freedom, strength, healing, and peace.
