Pain is often the deepest around what matters most to us. Those that work with me often feel caught-like there is never enough time for what matters the most. Amidst busy careers and their commitment to care for others, they struggle to find time to care for themselves. They try to ignore the stress, which often leads them to feel exhausted, but they tell themselves they'll get to it later. Meanwhile, difficulties with worries, rage, sadness, sleep, and stress emerge. Sometimes old hurts that they thought were left behind resurface and they wonder how long it will be before they feel like themselves again. They feel alone.
I help my clients to address those thoughts that won't go away, birth traumas/injuries, old traumas, alcohol, coping with the chaos and stress, & finding their way back to themselves. With evidence-based care, I collaborate with my clients to help them change the pain, decrease suffering, and connect back to who and what is most important in their lives.
It's often painful to know that the thing that has brought you so much joy, can also be associated with so much stress, frustration, and lead you to feel so distant from the person you used to be. Call or email to schedule a free 15-minute consultation with me and let's talk about how we may work together to help you heal and reconnect.
