I am here to support you on your journey to a more authentic version of yourself. Through art and somatic interventions you can find a place of peace and understanding for yourself and others. These practices help you to discover the power within yourself to move your life in the direction that you choose and heal the wounds that trauma has left behind. I want to support you, celebrate you, challenge you, and truly understand you. I currently have a waitlist for new clients.
As an art and somatic therapist I offer the option of processing trauma through creative expressions and tuning into the body to address difficult emotions, heal trauma, and navigate current struggles. Through art making, somatic experiences, and traditional talk therapy you can find a way to express yourself and connect more fully to the world around you.
I believe that through connection, art, and movement we can learn to be in our bodies and expand our capacity for joy. I am excited to work alongside you as you begin your journey toward healing.
