I take an integrated approach to therapy, facilitating optimal growth through using supportive techniques in the context of a variety of therapeutic approaches to best meet the unique needs of my clients. I have practiced as an Othmer Method Certified Neurofeedback Provider since 2017 and have completed Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
If desired, I am happy to incorporate counseling from a faith-based perspective but will do so only at your request and welcome clients of all cultures, ethnicities, faiths, and backgrounds.
