I work collaboratively with my clients and am trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help with the emotional, cognitive, and behavioral aspects of mental health. I am studying Naturopathy and the human nervous system to assist people in managing stress and anxiety through more techniques that address physical health.
