Life doesn't always turn out how we envisioned, and Kelly brings personal experience and clinical training to each session to help you find hope again. Kelly is also a life coach- "Finding Yourself After 40," and is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which is a sister therapy to EMDR that treats trauma. She uses an eclectic blend of modalities including psychodynamic, CBT, ACT, and solution-focused brief therapy. Kelly is also certified in SYMBIS for pre-marital counseling and is currently finishing training with the Gottman Institute. She truly loves this work and feels a deep respect for the clients she works with.
Kelly specializes in working with adults, and sees a variety of clients with needs including career transition, caregiver burnout, life transitions, codependency, grief, anxiety, depression, communication, self-worth, boundaries, faith/spirituality, divorce, remarriage, relationship enhancement, trauma, and women’s issues.
