“Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.” - Brene Brown. I specialize in helping clients recover from trauma, anxiety, depression, intense emotional ups and downs, and low self esteem. I help my clients gain greater compassion and understanding for who they are, achieve new perspectives and qualities, and heal from what is keeping them from living meaningful, courageous, and fulfilling lives.
My approach is a blend of techniques grounded in the Internal Family Systems Model, Polyvagal Theory, and the Adaptive Information Processing Model using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, and Somatic approaches. I believe my clients bring unique strengths into therapy that we build upon to achieve balance and happiness.
I offer free brief consultation calls to discuss your goals for therapy and to see if we would be a good fit. Visit my website and schedule your appointment today. Together we will find ways to help you feel more like yourself and to show up confidently and authentically in your life. www.sacredrootscounseling.com
