I am skilled at treating anxiety, depression, life transitions and other issues throughout the lifespan. I help family members work through concerns they might have when dealing with a loved one with emotional or substance abuse concerns as well as handling end of life decisions. We will work together to find solutions that are practical and easily applied.
Depression, anxiety, life transitions- these are all things that can be treated and improved. I strive to meet you where you are and empower you to make changes in your life.
