This will ultimately lead to the overarching goal of becoming the best version of your self.
My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) strategies and includes the use of mindfulness and relaxation techniques, with an emphasis on self-care. I am a passionate and motivated Counselor with a desire to improve mental health functioning in clients.
