I like clients who want help with their goals, to unpack and understand their own thoughts or emotions, and people who are recovering from trauma, childhood, experiences, or are just looking to reorient themselves to better handle their day-to-day.

I have a solid understanding of the brain and body, and can usually tailor my interventions so that they hit what my clients are looking for or need. I'm typically goal-oriented, which I think helps people in the long run. We can openly share safely and connected organically.
