I specialize in working with clients experiencing grief/loss, anxiety, life transitions, and attachment issues. It is a privilege to help people achieve goals, improve relationships and adjust to life's challenges and difficulties. I see counseling as a way of partnering with clients to gain insight, set goals, identify healthy and maladaptive patterns of thinking and behavior, and move toward growth and healing. I have experience working with children (age 6+), adolescents, and adults.
I am trained in integrating issues of faith in counseling and can partner with organizations to provide education and support. I have facilitated group counseling, leadership training, trauma response services, mental health educational presentations and team-building exercises with churches, schools, civic organizations and businesses.
