There are challenges in everyone’s life that can seem daunting. This can leave us feeling stuck and frustrated about the reasons for our behavior or how to make necessary changes. My focus is on providing an environment where clients can be open without fear of judgment. My goals for each client are to develop an achievable course of action that leads to effectively reducing their distress while developing coping skills

This approach is meant to increase awareness about your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and their underlying motivations which will lead to improved communication and conflict resolution skills.
