I am not taking new clients but several therapists in my practice have openings and have same holistic philosophy in their work. I utilize Ketamine Assisted Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, Reiki, Energy work, Hypnosis, and Past Life Regression in my work with clients. Counseling can help sort through mental health struggles, and help you gain perspective so you can create a better future. I work with individuals experiencing PTSD, substance addiction, anxiety, depression, anger, relationship problems, divorce, stress as well as many other issues.
I am also a licensed drug and alcohol counselor and can assist you in achieving and maintaining sobriety in your recovery and can provide LADC evaluations and substance abuse counseling. Please note: I only work with individual adults 18+ years old. No children or couples.
I call myself a psycho-spiritual counselor as my style blends evidenced based practices along with a holistic approach integrating mind, body and spirit into treatment. A session might incorporate multiple methods. Exploration of one's personal spiritual practice and other alternative healing methods in their treatment is supported.
