Accepting new clients for virtual/telehealth counseling only. I can also provide supervision to pre-licensed counselors. I work to provide a safe, warm, supportive, non-judgmental, and productively challenging environment form my clients to think, explore, reflect, and grow. I primarily work from an ACT and CBT approach but I am flexible to my cIient's needs. I am able to focus on trauma work and I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), an evidenced based treatment for trauma and PTSD.
