As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, I offer a compassionate space where we can work together to develop coping skills and strategies tailored to your needs. We’ll focus on identifying your triggers and learning how to regain control over them.
I work with clients aged 12 and up and can assist with a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and adjustments to life changes. My expertise also includes Substance Use challenges, whether you’re facing addiction on your own or dealing with the impact of a loved one’s addiction.
I understand that life presents various challenges, and seeking help is a brave step. My goal is to support you in finding effective ways to cope and thrive. I offer both telehealth and in-person therapy, making it easier for you to access the care you need. I also provide therapy for individuals, families, and group sessions.
