We are worth more than our circumstances, difficult situations, missteps, or the uncontrollable events of our lives. As a therapist, my focus is to help individuals, families, and couples move forward.
I have worked in mental health services including inpatient and outpatient. My experiences have prepared me to work with clients that have experienced anxiety, depression, family issues, relationship strains, teens, and even children under 10 years of age. My clinical approach allows clients to navigate thru the emotions with a plan that meets their goals.
At ZMZ Counseling, building a strong alliance with each individual allows us to ensure that the treatment plan will be successful. My goal with each client is to ensure they can be who they are with no judgement. Through consistency, support, and knowledge; I focus to create growth with each client to lead towards a more aligned life.
