I provide individual counseling to clients ages 18+. I have experience working with clients who struggle with symptoms of depression, anxiety, substance use, and trauma. I utilize an eclectic approach in order to best meet the needs of every client that I encounter, and to truly meet each individual where they are at in their treatment.
