I’m Dr. Krystyne Mendoza! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, working in private practice since 2018. I offer counseling services in the Superior/Boulder/Louisville area. I primarily work with children and adolescents, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, ADHD, behavioral problems, trauma, complex trauma, and more! I also work with parents and caregivers with parenting and adjustment issues.
One of the most important things in working with a counselor, as supported by the research, is the relationship. While I have an array of techniques and experience, the most important thing to me is that you and your child feel comfortable in my office, where I work to create a safe, supportive, non-judgmental, positive environment that encourages success.
