My goal is to walk alongside you as move toward positive change and growth in your life. Whether you are battling depression or anxiety, are in the midst of a difficult relationship, or are adjusting to difficult circumstances, you can feel at ease with me. I am nonjudgmental and find it a privilege to join you in your journey as you set goals and process the issue at hand. My office is private and aesthetically warm and comfortable, a place where you can feel safe and unconditionally accepted.
I have seen many clients over the years who struggle with anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, general stress, panic and fear, and relationship issues. I also have experience in helping obese clients work toward positive weight-loss goals.
As a Christian Counselor, I find strength and wisdom in my relationship with the Lord. I value the impact of the spiritual upon the emotional and vice versa, and I always see myself as God's vessel (fully dependent on Him) in imparting comfort, wisdom and counsel from a Biblical world view.
