I currently work at Polaris Counseling and Consulting LLC. I enjoy the private practice realm as I am able to work with a diverse range of clients. It is my goal to ensure an open, judgment-free environment in each session.I have experience working with teenagers, adults, families, and couples. I typically draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, and Motivational Interviewing.
It’s important to me that my clients achieve the goals that they set out for themselves. I ultimately want to help guide you to a place of better wellbeing. I would describe myself as a very laid-back, open, non-judgmental clinician. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and family and relationship counseling.
I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island in Child Psychology and my Master’s Degree from Johnson and Wales University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Options for both in-person and virtual services are available.
