I currently offer the options of Telephone, and Zoom. My in-person is currently on a waitlist. I have 36+ years experience. Are you feeling overwhelmed and trying to figure out what to do next? I can help you if you struggle with codependency, social anxiety, setting boundaries, or relationship stress. Perhaps you are wanting to make a big life decision or feeling stressed about day to day issues. I have experience working with adults abused as children, sexual trauma, and domestic violence. In addition to my counseling practice, I provide a wide range of services from parenting coordination(PC) to custody evaluations with psychological testing. I have 36+ years of experience working in the areas of trauma and relationships/divorce. I enjoy working with people who are trying to make life decisions or trying to cope with daily stressors.
My waiting room is private for clients concerned about confidentiality and I space my clients 30 minutes apart. I only work by appointment so you will not wait with other clients. I work hard to connect with my clients through telehealth and allow the choice of zoom or telephone. I do require a zoom when possible before moving to telephone sessions.
