I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and group therapy. In addition to more traditional counseling techniques, I also offer yoga, mindfulness, and EMDR therapies as a way to help clients work through distress and build resiliency.
I am currently enrolled with Liberty University in the Doctoral Program for Trauma. I hold a Masters of Arts in Professional Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, Kentucky. I have been serving children, adolescents, adults, and families for several years now. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate.
