I am accepting new patients at this time, both in-person and telehealth services. As an experienced therapist I am here to help and begin diving into the areas that you are ready to work on in therapy. We will begin immediately by discussing your goals and what you hope to get out of therapy. I know that sometimes finding the right therapist can be overwhelming, which is why I will try to make the process as easy as possible once you are ready to begin.
I have experience with individuals and families of all age ranges working in both the inpatient and outpatient settings (substance use, trauma & mental health) with a variety of client focuses. Some of my primary approaches include but are not limited to Internal Family Systems (IFS), Problem Solving Therapy (PST), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
