I genuinely care about working with others who are striving to find happiness. I work with individuals and couples who might be struggling to reach resolution, accept themselves, or find internal peace of mind. I am partial to using a creative and experimental approach with clients. However, depending on their situation, I'm more than happy to make adjustments as needed. My services include counseling couples, finding one's authentic self, adjustment issues, and grief counseling.
I am offering TelementaI Health Services through Zoom right now, as well as in person. I also offer mental health counseling in the following areas: major depressive disorder, grief and loss, anxiety disorders, adjustment issues, relationship distress, and other issues related to existential struggle.
I enjoy working with many different people, but if I had to narrow it down to three areas, I would choose: working with couples/relationships, teens, and those who are struggling with feeling whole/like one's authentic self. - I currently have a 2-3 month waiting list. I will do my best to give referrals if needed.
