This small educational support group uniquely created for women offers an open, accepting virtual environment to share personal issues that lead to periods of intense anxiety and depression. Social Skills for Young Adults with Autism/LD
As of March 2020, group TEMPORARILY PAUSED. Young adults with autism or learning disabilities often experience depression & anxiety, yet they usually have fewer internal resources to manage their feelings/behavior. Daily activities can be difficult & overwhelming, especially in social situations. Many also tend to struggle significantly with learning and implementing daily life skills.
