I have a passion for helping women and adolescents who are feeling angry, lost, alone, and frantic become calm, confident, and capable. I can relate. I have been there. I want to help. I am trained in helping individuals who need healing from relationship conflict, breaking toxic cycles, identity crisis, teen anxiety and anger, high-achiever anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues across the lifespan including postpartum depression and anxiety to end of life care. I want to help you find purpose in your loss and hope for your future.

I have worked in psychiatric hospital settings, ERs, inpatient substance abuse treatment, medical social work, and counseling with individuals and families.
