What does it mean to love and be loved? How do we choose safe partners? How do we relationship in healthy ways? As a therapist, I hold that my role is to journey with you along your unique healing path. I believe that when we love with our whole selves it ripples out into our communities in restorative ways and have focused my work with those of us who have or are currently experiencing domestic and interpersonal violence. I understand that relational violence is an expression of societal violence and cannot be separated from each other in a healing journey. I guide lovers to safe relationships.
I use an attachment based lens to weave together human ways of viewing self and life with an eclectic mind and body practice. I collaborate in the therapeutic space through psycho-social education, trauma integration and identity reclamation. I trust you as the holder of what you need to be well and offer resources to guide you along your path.
We human beings belong together. We belong in healthy, safe relationships. Relational traumas are healed in relational spaces. I am with you.
