I have been practicing as a therapist and intervention specialist for 13 years. What I can offer clients is a collaborative working relationship, utilizing evidenced based interventions to help reach your goals and imagine what is possible. In my practice I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, EMDR, motivational interventions etc...
