I'm Lisa Tovar- Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in treatment for mood disorders, grief and loss, depression and anxiety. I've worked in the mental health field and crisis intervention for over 14 years. I have worked in the hospital and medical clinic settings for ten years and genuinely love what I do. I am passionate about trauma informed care, suicide prevention, and making my clients feel safe and secure.

These include Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Regulation, Mindfulness, etc. I look forward to connecting and helping you through trust and validation.
