Hello, my name is Lisa O'Donnell, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have a person-centered approach to therapy which deeply respects each client’s perspective of the world. I work with many different populations such as those dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, life transitions, stress, grief, and trauma. I strive to foster a safe space where clients can tell their story, gain insight into what has impacted them, and create a new reality that is more fulfilling. I use methods from cognitive-behavioral therapy and humanistic theories to help people find the power to be who they want to be.
