My offering: A healing process that helps you to discover and understand how unresolved painful experiences from the past keep impacting your present thoughts, needs, feelings and behaviors. Developing skills to become aware of these, will allow you to have a more loving relationship with ALL the parts of yourself. As a result, more meaningful relationships and deeper connections with others will follow.
Skills you can learn in my sessions: Switching from judging and blaming, to understanding and setting loving boundaries with yourself and others; communicating effectively, internally & externally; undoing incorrect core beliefs about yourself; embracing and befriending uncomfortable feelings; identifying your needs; self regulating your body, trusting,etc
Licensed, bilingual/bicultural therapist from Mexico. Master’s degree and BA in counseling & clinical psychology. My approach is inspired from psychodynamic therapy, family systems, gestalt, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Providing my clients with different therapeutic techniques that are client centered, and adapted to each person's unique needs.
