Using Rational Living Therapy, I assist people with understanding how changing thoughts can completely change their mindset. Helping people learn how their thoughts lead to feelings and behaviors is one of the things I am most passionate about. Helping others gain better control of themselves is priceless.
My techniques are Evidence Based Practices, true healing with results. Not just band aids, so the skills learned can be taken after counseling is finished and used for any other situations that may come up during life. I look forward to assisting you on your journey.
