Therapy as a space for awareness, understanding and release, and outside of therapy- a place to practice what is learned until confidence in self processing is achieved. Connect with the fear, resistance or lingering effects of a traumatic event that feels like its holding you back. Individually, you will be guided to connect with this resistance, and as a group we will work through it with compassion, care and courage to release its grip.
