I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New York with experience working with anxiety, depression, emotion regulation difficulties, family and relationship issues, identity, stress, and life transitions. My prior experience includes working with young adults within college counseling centers at NYU, Pratt Institute and Suffolk County Community College. I am also experienced working with seniors, veterans and military families.
I work from an integrative therapeutic style that incorporates humanistic and relational techniques with skills based interventions. I provide a supportive and collaborative approach to help clients meet their goals and achieve a quality of life worth living.
Psychotherapy can serve as a safe space to work through problems in which you feel stuck or at an impasse.
