I have several years of experience working with adolescent girls and women with negative body image and self-esteem and have had extensive training specializing in the treatment of eating disorders.
I am passionate about my work and use a relational framework with specific interventions to support the development of self-esteem, positive body image and healthy relationships with both food and family. My approach is eclectic, using primarily cognitive-behavioral techniques to help individuals understand the thoughts and feelings that influence behavior.
