I work with adults on a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, loss and grief, interpersonal problems, identity, and life transitions. My goal is to help create a genuine, warm, and supportive therapeutic relationship in which you feel safe to explore, heal, and grow. While I use a variety of approaches in working with clients, my foundation is based primarily on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am particularly interested in helping men navigate life's challenges, and have extensive experience in career development. As a life-long musician, I value creativity and enjoy working with artistic and creative clients.
