I have availability starting October/November! Between seasonal depression, climate change, keeping up with daily life, and trying to have healthy relationships it can be a lot to balance. Maybe right now you're feeling some "impending doom" or maybe you're just not as happy as you'd like to be. You're capable of getting through it on your own, but maybe it doesn't have to be SO hard. I'm here to be with you in the yuck of life and even if I'm not the best fit for you, I'm glad you're here and showing up for yourself by looking for a mental health provider.
Going to therapy won’t take these problems away necessarily, but can at least give you a moment to breathe and reset; it can give you a moment to learn from your past; it can give you a moment to decide what to do next. As a Marriage and Family Therapist I meet individuals, families, and couples where they are.
Whether you need me to sit with you, help to motivate you, or help to slow you down I’ll be there along the way. Therapy can look different at different times in your life.
