Reaching out for help takes courage . As a therapist , life coach , educator and supervisor with over 35 years of experience , knowledge of many treatment approaches and working with all populations; I know providing a safe and comfortable space geared to the individual needs of each client is essential . I collaborate with nutritionists, medical doctors, psychiatrists and yoga/wellness practitioners, utilizing EMDR/NLP/CBT/DBT, alternative and evidence based treatment. I specialize in anxiety, depression, eating disorder/addiction, couples/divorce mediation, sex therapy, OCD & ADHD,
