I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults who are struggling with stress, anxiety, life changes, or have other concerns. I enjoy working with college-aged students who may have some anxiety or stress surrounding this life transition. Many clients hope to gain an understanding of why they feel anxious or stressed, and how to overcome these feelings. I can assist in helping to quiet the noise, or even just provide a listening ear to those who may need to talk.
I used a solution-focused approach to work with my clients to find a solution, rather than focusing on the problem at hand. A therapist needs to be genuine with a client to achieve success, so my sessions will feel genuine and real. I also may sprinkle in a little humor along the way.
