I work predominately with teens and adults on issues like anxiety/panic, overwhelm/stress, grief/loss and relationship issues. Being an artist myself, I enjoy working with other creatives using the expressive arts to heal, self-soothe, and process trauma. In sessions with me, you can expect a supportive and nurturing space for us to connect so that you feel seen and heard. I use a holistic and relational approach that encourages you to be an active participant in your own growth and healing. My goal is to help empower you to enhance your relationship with yourself in order to live a life that feels full and authentic.
I am a Licensed Social Worker with a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago. I am experienced in CBT, ACT, ERP, and often incorporate aspects of mindfulness into treatment. I also have a passion for guiding my clients through their struggle using Expressive Arts Therapy.
Our West Loop location is located blocks away from the Green/Pink Line's Morgan Street Station and the Blue Line's Racine Avenue Station. Our Lincoln Park location is located near the Fullerton Station Red/Brown/Purple Line and the Diversey Station Brown/Purple Line. I also offer telehealth sessions.
