Our first few sessions will be all about getting to know you and your needs. We will work together to build a treatment plan and identify strategies that fit you.
I love helping people overcome obstacles and arrive at more meaningful lives. My area of focus is helping adults recover from complex trauma. I have 10+ years of experience as a therapist using EMDR, CBT, ACT, MI, and other models to treat depression, bipolar, anxiety, addictions, etc., in addition to trauma work.
