My background is trauma-informed and includes psycho-dynamic, relational, cognitive-behavioral, and solution focused approaches, set within a strong, confidential, client- therapist relationship. Having lived on three different continents, I am able to understand and empathize with issues that come up when one moves to a different culture/country. .
