UPDATE: I am currently not accepting clients. Whether you have a child who struggles with expressing their big emotions or you are a young adult who is feeling challenged by life, therapy can be a helpful step into feeling fully heard and understood. As your therapist, I will offer my unconditional positive regard and "down-to-earth" approach to help you develop a plan to get you back on your feet feeling empowered! I am here to encourage and guide you or your child into being a confident self-supportive individual! Whatever life may bring, you are capable of being the best version of you!
Play therapy offers children a welcoming & safe space to authentically be themselves. Through the power of play, children can explore their worldview, discover how to problem-solve, develop healthy coping skills, and "work" through their life experiences. I am also currently earning my Registered Play Therapist credentials!
Whether you were referred by someone or made the decision yourself, taking the first step into therapy can be challenging. Please know it is my privilege to work with you or your child. I hope to make the therapeutic process as positive as possible through creating a mutually safe, trusting, and comfortable relationship & environment with you!
