Everyone has mental health. While we all have unique ways to handle our mental well being, we don't have to face it alone. I believe in holding space for all parts that make you, you. I am committed to meeting you where you are on your journey of mental clarity and life transition(s). I welcome my clients to explore their current challenges, past experiences, and future hopes. Whether you're struggling with feeling overwhelmed, experiencing overbearing feelings of sadness, hopelessness, worthlessness, perfectionism, and fear, you are not alone. Life improvement and self growth is attainable.
I use an integrative approach utilizing EMDR, I-CBT, person centered, strength based, somatic, and narrative work to help my clients achieve their desired goals. I also provide immigration evaluation(s) to supplement immigration cases. I do not hold lightly the true privilege and honor of being a part of my clients' journey.
I take pride in providing a safe, brave, authentic, non-judgement, supportive, trauma informed, culturally attuned environment, in which my clients feel heard and welcomed.
