I serve adolescents, adults, and couples. Areas I primarily work within include trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, and self-acceptance. As your therapist, I will walk alongside you and encourage you to meet the goals we establish together in session.
As I provide compassion and empathy, through evidence-based techniques you will gain skills to take with you into your personal life and headspace.
