I enjoy working with people who want their life to be different but are unsure where to start. Whether navigating times of change, wanting to address issues making it harder to live, or wanting to overcome major challenges related to depression or anxiety believe every person benefits from a non-judgmental space to explore. There is nothing more rewarding to me than watching people recognize who they are and move toward living an authentic life.
The way I approach change is to help a person explore their values and set goals that matter to them. Once goals are set, I provide a space for people to explore the changes they are making, the challenges that pop up, and how they can use their strengths to move forward. The majority of my experience is working with adolescents and young adults.
I am excited to connect with anyone who is interested in learning how they can create changes they would like to see. I believe strongly that the therapy relationship is critical in supporting growth and if I am not the ideal therapist for a person, I would love to help them link up with someone who is a better fit.
