I specialize in recovery from sexual trauma, attachment healing, identity development, and integrating spiritual experiences. I am affirmative of LBGTQ+, BIPOC, sex workers, ethical non-monogamy, psychedelic use, and spirituality of all backgrounds. The past doesn't have to keep haunting you. I offer individual, relationship, and group therapy. I combine science backed western psychotherapy with multicultural healing modalities. Clients learn emotional skillfulness by relating to the wisdom of their whole body’s processing system. Clients improve communication and gain relief from PTSD symptoms so that authenticity and vulnerability are possible.

This group is about creating community support to reduce isolation and foster camaraderie and encouragement along the journey to healing. We share our experiences and reduce stigmas. This group also works on sexual trauma specific skills to reduce symptoms of PTSD. Members are supported in understanding what safety is needed for them to explore their sexuality and dating life, however those are for them.
