I work with clients to reduce suffering, heal from past experiences, improve relationships, and build emotional strength and resilience. I've trained as a trauma specialist and in trauma-informed therapies. Additionally, I practice as a generalist and have experience working with clients who are struggling anxiety, OCD, depression, LGBTQ+ issues, relationship challenges, major life changes, identity development, religious trauma, and spirituality.
I strive to cultivate a warm, collaborative space, to encourage authenticity and meaningful conversation. I help clients identify behaviors, feelings, thoughts, relationships, and systems that are impediments to personal growth – and empower them to explore new approaches that can lead to healing, growth, and personal fulfillment.
