My job is not to fix you, but to guide you towards the goals you wish to achieve.
My approach can be found as positive growth models in an eclectic manner. To be eclectic allows me to counsel everyone based on their specific needs. I believe no one therapy fits all and each individual deserves a method unique to them. I view counseling as helping people to grow from a place that is not working for them and move forward.
Entering therapy can be difficult, sometimes traveling down a winding road of hardships you have had to face. The first step is finding out what is and not working in your life, then identify the areas you can make changes.
