I care deeply about supporting people through grief/loss, life transitions, mental health challenges, and family conflict. I have had the unique privilege of supporting many individuals in some of their most challenging days. What I've observed in these situations, is the immeasurable benefit of a having a genuine person to lean on.
I've spent over 12 years in this field working with all ages. The therapy process offers the ability to process situations that may be difficult while also giving clients the ability to learn new skills that improve their daily lives and relationships.
